Data collected

Only what you send us through our forms, by e-mail or by message: name, phone, e-mail address, the content of your request and, if you provide it, your indicative budget.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Joining the DEALS list is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data are never sold or rented. They are hosted by our technical providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Microsoft (e-mail). We share them with a partner only where your request requires it, with your agreement.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after the last exchange. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the applicable legal periods.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted on our own site.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request its portability by writing to contact@lyxier.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
